Shipping & Delivery
1. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location to ensure fair and transparent pricing. Orders delivered within Tamil Nadu are subject to a minimum shipping charge of ₹50, while deliveries to other states across India are charged a minimum of ₹80. Additional charges may apply for remote locations, oversized products, or express delivery requests. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed during checkout before the payment is completed.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins processing it as quickly as possible. Orders are generally packed and dispatched within two working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Every product undergoes a quality check before shipment to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. Customers will receive order confirmation and shipping updates via email or SMS after dispatch.
3. Delivery Timeline
We strive to deliver every order within the estimated delivery timeframe. Standard deliveries usually take between 2 and 5 working days, depending on your location and courier availability. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, transportation delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed if there are any unexpected delays.
4. Tracking & Delivery Information
After your order has been dispatched, a tracking number and courier details will be shared through email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time. Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping information, including address and contact number, to avoid delivery delays. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect details or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.
5. Damaged, Lost & Undelivered Shipments
We carefully package every order to minimize the risk of damage during transit. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete package, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging. In the rare event that a shipment is lost or remains undelivered due to courier issues, we will investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable.
